This ambitious project transformed a disaster recovery unit and warehouses in Guernsey into a modern self-storage facility and commercial warehousing. The work involved a complete overhaul, including installing a commercial lift to improve accessibility, constructing large dividing walls for storage spaces, and building Doc M-compliant toilets to meet regulatory standards.

The exterior of the building was re-clad to give it a fresh, modern appearance, and new covered entrances were formed to enhance usability. Inside, QCL oversaw a comprehensive fit-out package to create individual storage units tailored to the client’s specifications.
